The cover is very foretelling of the future of the Wildcats but, I couldn’t help but hope like I do when I’m watching the Titanic that the boat won’t sink. Unfortunately the bloody rule of Rome takes one more victim in glorious bloody battle. The Wildcats have been taken through time and aren’t fitting in as nicely as they had would have hoped. The people of Rome seem thrilled to have them as guest of the Roman Coliseum. They were even nice enough to let out there unfed pets like a half dozen lions for the Wildcats to play with.
The Wildcats aren’t the only ones that have traveled back through time. As the Wildcats do there best to keep history from changing the Daemonites have traveled back in time to reshape things as they see fit. When the Wildcats come face to face with the leader of the Daemonites things go very badly for everyone involved. The Daemonites plans are ruined and the Wildcats loose the beautiful and deadly Olympia to Tiberious. Just before whats left of the team is transported through time and space finding themselves in a space craft in orbit around a planet.
