After crash landing on an alien planet over run by warring creatures and a demon called Mum-ra. The Sword of Omens was the only weapon that survived the crash capable of making any difference in this new and dangerous world.
More than just an ordinary sword the Sword of Omen’s is the weapon of leadership to the Thundercats. Their leader has the honor and responsibility of defending there people with the Sword of Omen. The Sword will light up and warn the wearer of the sword of eminent danger and if the wield of the sword raise’s the hilt of the Sword of Omen to his eyes the Sword will reveal what that danger is.
When not being wielded in battle in defense of the Thundercats the Sword of Omen rest as the blade shortens to a dagger and is kept in its claw shield. Once pulled from the Claw Shield the Sword of Omen’s will regain its full stature by calling out Thundercats Thundercats Ho. The Sword can also fire blast of energy and will return the leader of the Thundercats hands upon command who is currently Lion-o.
